"Excellent customer service & prompt attention! It was the first week in May, 2011 and my A/C wasn't cooling. The thermostat was set at 68 and my home registered 81. I called my Home Warranty company and they recommended a company that had horrible reviews, so I contacted them again and asked if they would recommend another company. They gave me the name of yet another company with poor ratings. To make a long story short, I agreed to a company that had been sent to my home before. I made and appointment and after spending the night in our home without A/C, the next morning, I missed the call that the tech was on their way. They told me they would give me a 30 minute notice and they would be at my home between the hours of 10 and 2. I phoned their office at 10:45 to give them an alternate number. Needless to say, they informed me that the tech had already been by my home and since I was not home when the tech arrived, I would have to wait until the following day. I told them I would go ahead and look for another company. I decided to search online for a company with excellent reviews and this is how I found Stay Cool. I phoned around 1:45pm and by 3:00pm Beau was at my home and added 4 lbs. of Freon and cleaned my unit for just a couple hundred dollars and Voila, my A/C was cooling my home immediately! They treat their customers’ with respect and believe in honesty and integrity. I contacted several companies when my ac unit needed to be replaced after 21 years of service. JR came out, inspected the system and discussed my options and the pros and cons of each without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. "Honest and excellent customer service. We had a positive experience with this company. Our tech, Bo, was great. He was honest , friendly and patient. He didn't try to upsell anything we did not need. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and showed us what/where the problem was with our AC unit. The price he quoted us for our new unit was very reasonable checking against the internet. The installation guys were also on time and professional, we were actually very relaxed while the installation went on. We really appreciated the fact that we only dealt with one and the same tech for everything, didn't have to explain the same thing to 3,4 different people. they only charged one service fee for the same problem, even when they had to come three times, and at the end waived it for equipment purchase over 300. overall, highly recommended!!!!"

NEW! -- "We had an A/C unit that was making such a racket it could wake the dead. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday at 11am. However the power went out in the area and there was no way to fix the unit without power. The power was out most of the day, but when it came back on the team came out and took care of us after hours at a very good price. It is hard to find customer service and a good price anymore so the Stay Cool team is someone I would recommend for any A/C issues. Any Facebook friends in the Houston northwest area have A/C issues give them a call they will treat you right."
